I personally don't like the axe. In pure performance I would say it is probobly the best. But yeah I bought a drone dx because I didn't like any of the others in the price range. (Oh an alien invasion would be my second choice)

Dude FYI you would get in less trouble for beating him up rather than shooting him. Either way it's still jail time if you are an adult. Take a picture and have him arrested, don't actually do anything that could get you in trouble.

I have a drone, I've been playing with it for a few months an would say that quad modding is not essential but is probably a good idea. I emailed macdev about quad mods and they agreed that "with quality quad rings you should see a performance increase" to quote them. They also said it won't void the warranty if you care. I haven't gotten around to it because I haven't had an o ring fail yet.
