    I'm very curious to get a 6 pack. I have been wanting one for the last 4 years, but always stop before I actually get them.

    My stomach is pretty hard, I currently run about 3 times a week plus 150 crunches a day (monday through friday) and rest on the weekends.

    What are some at home exercises I could do to get a 6 pack?

    I'm 155-160 pounds 6 foot to 6 foot 1

    Drills at the home, I made some up, but I was curious...

    When I'm running (cardio) should I wear my paintball equipment (Mask,Pants,Podpack, gun, jersey) or does it really matter?

    Any idea on some no paint gun drills I could do?
