Phones been dead for nearly a month. Charged it today, 1 voice mail from Gamestop.
As for your questions:

Car keys, have credit card memorized, I'd be wondering why the hell I had the phone on me to begin with. -

You get exactly what is pictured the external tube and locking post/bead.
It slides on to the dovetail on the Phantoms SC feed adapter. -
