In Topic: Clone GT Vs Vcom

got to test shoot a vcom and the field today and was less than impressed, granted the guy said the gun wasnt working quite right so maybe the issue made it shoot rougher
however I would prefer the clone myself -

In Topic: Ego 7 Sl74....Ego 9

The biggest difference between the two 07 models and the 9 will be the 9 does not have QEV diaphrams that need to be replaced every so often.
The 9 also has a magnet/spring combo trigger, a larger trigger guard, and a few other ammentites that are nice (stock zick1 rammer, newer cure bolt etc.)
Finally the 9 is two years newer so over a regular ego 7 its been used less. the sl74 wont be much of a performance upgrade but because of their higher cost in my experience I have found people seem to use them less/treat them a little nicer. -
In Topic: trilogy pump upgrades

A slider frame was a really nice upgrade for mine, and was worth the investment because when I did get a new cocker the slider frame went from the trilogy to right on there
aside from that it depends on whether you think you will be sticking with the trilogy for a long time.
A lot of upgrades are transferable to another cocker but it depends on if your next gun needs them.
A nice ASA can be a big plus and can be used on another gun, as can a reg. I just used a cheap reg I had sitting arround but I felt like it made a big difference on the trillogy sport I had which just had a volumiser before I put the reg on.
As opposed to "upgrades" you may want to consider a barrel kit or a lurker barrel, rollouts are the bane of pump players.
