recommended output on my reg(the adjustable one) pressure for a clone vx?

high pressure will work but a 500 psi low pressure will be easier on the vertical reg and gun

Is it possible to have a local shop order a reg from Ninja

ABSOLUTELY!!!

we always recommend that you use a local proshop or field

hey ray i put my SLP tank on a asa with a gauge and it was reading 450, i thought it was suppose to out put right around 300? i know its not the gauge because we tested 3 other slps and they were all right around 400-450.

if you tested 4 slps and they were all at 400-450 then i think the gauge is off by about 100 psi

its where you send your tank to get hydro'd by ninja, and they remove your old reg and put in a Ninja reg for $55

im sure ray can confirm.

also, i have a question too,

What happened to the 70,45, and 49? why aren't you making them anymore?

-Thanks!

I have 2 questions. First will the slp reg work on all guns? Second is there any difference between the grey ghosts and the normal black ninja tanks or is the only difference the color?

Ever seen a sharks eyes before, chief?

the 45 is back in stock, we had to have a price increase but it is in stock.

the 70 and 49 were a limited run and not sure if we will get them again? price and min order amounts are both very high

the slp was designed for the g6r and victory. although it may work on other high end guns we recommend the slp only for the g6r and victorys.

besides the color there is no difference in shape and size and weight, just price. the grey tanks are 10.00 less

my friend has a 50/45 greyghost ninja tank
and he hasnt balled for like 4months and he had his tank in gearbag the whole time. when he took it out the whole tank was green as if it were really old.
its only a year old.
he had tape on their for grip and he took it off, but on those parts where the tape was it was its normal color.
any idea why?

You can see it on almost all the grey tanks and it is not a safety concern

Hello, I was trying to use your site today to calculate shipping cost to Canada so when I tried to find the add item to cart button their was none to be found. I can view the product and the little picture of the product but there is no add item to cart-am I an idiot or missing something you have to do to order your product. Thinking that perhaps I have to make a profile to purchase something(although site says u don't have to) tried to create my own profile and was again stumped. I enter in all my information and hit submit and bang rejected due to the fact that my postal code is incorrect(yes I realize it says zip code hence the blank attempt) I try submitting it blank-doesn't work, I try no spaces between first and second part-doesn't work, I try with a space-doesn't work.

What item? we may no longer have it and that is why you can look at it but are unable to add it to the cart.

Also the site does not do international shipping, give us a call or shoot me a PM so i can give you the best options.

I am sort of an idiot, I finally decided to look at products other than the one I was interested in and sure enough there is an add to cart function. One question then if you don't mind, when will the black 45ci tanks be available.

No! You must empty the tank first.

That's why I asked first. I have taken it off before and when I looked down into the rest of the regulator there was just one really small hole. That made me wonder if it would have been safe to take the bonnet off when there is air in the tank.

I never get wipers, blood is hard to wipe off.

Question, slightly not related to Ninja but ill ask anyways...

There are these new tanks in Europe that use plastics instead of the Metal (in carbon fiber tanks) and they are lighter, only one problem, there not DOT certified.

so my questions are, have you seen these new tanks, and what do you guys at Ninja think of them? and will Ninja be doing this in the future? and is it possible for these tanks to be DOT/TC certified?

i can not confirm or deny the last statement

just kidding

we know of these tanks but as far as we know they have not passed the dot/tc testing. we are looking into them just like all the companies but the tank has to be safe!

hello Techpb, hello ninja paintball!! Greetings from Greece!
I am a new user, this is my first post.

I Received my new Ninja smp reg yesterday and i have installed it to my new Safer 1.5L tank (the tank that Thunderlight talks about!).
But i have a question.
Is it normal to have a minor gap of about 0.5-0.7 mm.
The reg was installed hand tighten, then i used more force by hand but the gap remained the same(i am really muscular but i didn't give all my power )
Then i removed it and tried different o-rings (if i am not mistaken the oring that was on the reg ia an -907 boss), so i tried -112 bn70 the gap remained and then -111 bn70
but again the gap was the same. when i used an -110 bn70 the reg sat completely on the tank neck and the last turn you could feel the resistance due to the oring (but not as much resistance as with
the installed one or the -112 , -111).

Is it ok to use the -110 bn70 or will i have a safety issue??
Please i am waiting for you answer as soon as possible because i am playing this weekend.

This is a photo i took.

use a tank o-ring 015. there should be NO gap between the bottle and the reg and it should not be hard to install. if it is that means something is wrong with the threads.

we ship our regs out with a 112 which will work in most bottles but some need the thinner 015

thank you very very much for the quick reply!!
the threads of both bottle an reg are fine, it is the oring that seems to be too big on that bottle.. with the 110 it completely screws in.
i will now try out a 015 oring right now

each bottle will have an o-ring size and what i have listed is what is most common. I do not know what the new safer o-ring size should be but i know they machined it to a set size- contact them for an exact match.

yes i know this that is why i am asking.. from all 112 , 111, 015 and 110, the best fit is with the 110..
the 112 and 111 get pinched between the reg body an the tank neck.
i will test it this weekend. if you ever get your hand on one of this tanks can you check it please.
thank you very very much for the help..
I have already loved your regulator and i haven't used it yet!!!!
It seems super quality!!!!!
Thanks again!!!

good luck and remember there should be NO gap - hold it up to a light and you should not see anything between the reg and bottle - if you do then the air will push the o-ring out and pop!

I'm convinced. Ray is the greatest entity in paintball. Posted ImagePosted Image
Gerber, Surefire, TOPS, and Cold Steel all suck the big one. Buy quality products, not junk. :-)

Yeah, stop stalking him, that's my job.

On another note, I got a 90/45 in a trade, but the reg isn't loctited on, and whenever I screw the bottle into my ASA, I have to unscrew the bottle so I can grab the reg to get enough leverage to unscrew the reg. What would it cost to get it loctited in place? And is it possible my ASA is messed up? Or does the threading on the bottle just make it easier to unscrew the bottle than the reg, when it's not loctited on?

another stalker!!!!

where are you at now, IL or TX? if IL com eon by and i will get it on. If TX the pm me and i will get you an ra# - have to pay shipping both ways

sounds like the threads on the ASA may not be correct - lube those threads next time and see if that helps

I'm in TX for the forseeable future, so I'll PM you for an RA number and get it shipped out with my next paycheck. And I'll try a few different ASA's and see if that helps the problem. Just make sure to double check the threads on the reg to make sure I haven't screwed them up somehow.
