We don't recommend the fill whip on the shoe box. The whip was designed to fill and empty, not fill for 4 hours. Contact the shoebox guys and they should be able to help

The whip was designed to fill and then release the pressure, not hold it for hours while filling

I just shot my Pmr with my ninja 68/4500 and when I ran out of air I continued to walk the trigger, to make sure all the air was out and after the gauge read 0 psi for a couple seconds and then air started to burst out of a hole below the reg. What happened and is it permanant?

What hole? So you menthe 2 set screws in the bonnet? If that is the case then it is not a concern, there was not enough pressure to seal the orings on the piston.

It sounds like the piston orings and refill the system, you should not have a problem because you were so low of pressure last time.

Hey Ray (I'm assuming it's Ray, forgive me if I'm incorrect), any chance you have spare set screws for Pro Regs? I bought one at PSP Chicago in late June and literally the next weekend I ended up losing two screws on the rotating ring.

Get their regular Ninja Pro Regulator, that will allow you to change your tank from high, to mid, to low pressure as you need it. The recommended pressure for your PM8 is 850psi. So buy a Ninja Pro Regulator, and then you don't need to do anything to it, because it already comes setup to output the 850psi you need.

The pmr should work with any setting of a ninja or a ninj pro reg. we recommend the 550 of the pro reg as this will help with the efficiency and the consistency of the gun.

Just wanted to give you a heads up that I'll need an RMA number when I can figure out how to pay for shipping. Got a nice big crack in the clear coat on my green tank. No idea how it developed, put the tank butt on, set it in my gear bag on top of some fluffy towels, picked it up today to move it to a different area, and there's a very long crack that goes from the neck to the bottom and loops around. Never been moved, dropped, or even touched since I set it on top of the fluffy towels in the top of my gear bag. So once I get the money for shipping I'd like to send it in to get replaced, if you have other green tanks.

If one needs to replace a burst disk, all they need to do is unscrew the old disk, and simply screw on the new one correct? No thread sealers or anything of that sort right? Just want to make sure.

Correct but check out the manual on our website for more info.

Also when the bd blows out it means there is something tat may be wrong with the reg and it should be rebuilt

Thanks. I also have another question if you don't mind.

If say I get an old tank with a Ninja reg, and the tank dies (i.e. 15 years old), is it possible to send the tank in to Ninja, and have the reg transferred to a new tank? If so how much would it be?
JUst curious.

I absolutely love the positivety and help that your company shows. It's no doubt that with you, Ray, and Rob along with the rest of the staff have been this successful as a business! I WILL do business with again! Thank you.

Also, honestly it's worth paying that extra shipping cost back( to the guy who asked about it) because you know that a true American Made company took care of you and will be behind you no matter what.

The $40 Hydro includes return shipping correct?

sorry but it does not

I absolutely love the positivety and help that your company shows. It's no doubt that with you, Ray, and Rob along with the rest of the staff have been this successful as a business! I WILL do business with again! Thank you.

Also, honestly it's worth paying that extra shipping cost back( to the guy who asked about it) because you know that a true American Made company took care of you and will be behind you no matter what.
