Heys guys,
I was just wondering what are all the penalties are and how you get them.
Also, I was wondering what are the red and yellow flag that the ref has at the bottom of his pants and what he uses them for. I think one is a netrual player flag but not sure.
Thanks

You can see the flag in this video, look at the break when the ref comes out of the dead box.

Rulebooks for PSP and NPPL:

The yellow flag is to signal a minor penalty and the red for a major penalty. Depending on the severity of the penalty, a 1-for-1, 2-for-1, or 3-for1 can be assessed in which you and 1, 2, or 3 players on your team can be pulled for the game. Common penalties include wiping, overshooting, playing on (after elimination), going out of bounds and continuing to play, hanging a flag while eliminated, and breaking early.

Hope that helps.
