We will be continuing with our FREE 3-Man Open tournaments and adding 2-Man Beginner's tournaments.

Details are now on the new web site here www.adventureparkpaintball.com

Indoor 3-Man Open Tournaments
Race-to-2 X-Ball (Modified)

Format:

The game play will be similar to an X-Ball format. It will be a Race to 2, the team that scores 2 flag hangs first before game time expires will win. If no team scores 2 flag hangs before game time expires, the team with the most flag hangs will win. If game time expires and both teams have the same number of flag hangs; a sudden death match of 2 minutes will be played to determine the winner. The team that loses a sudden death match will receive 1 seeding point. Winning teams will receive 2 seeding points. Losing teams will receive no seeding points. If no team wins a sudden death match, both teams will receive 1 seeding point.

Game time will be 5:00 minutes. Breaks will be 1:00 minutes between flag hangs. Players will not be allowed off the field until the match is complete. If a player needs to leave the field that player can not re-enter and the team will be down that player for that match. Make sure you have enough air, paint, and equipment to play 3 hangs and clean up between points. Additional pods can be brought onto the field and used during the breaks (between hangs). Only pods that started with a player can be used in game play. There will be no time-outs.

The same game play format will be used in the finals (main, consolation, and semi’s).

The preliminary rounds will be round-robin 1 or 2 groups depending on the number of teams. The top 4 (or less, depending on the number of teams) teams will advance to semi’s and/or finals/consolation rounds. There will be a limit of 8 teams. 6 or more teams will be broken down into 2 groups.

General Rules:

· No coaching is allowed

· White is a protected color

· Chrono limit is 265 fps

· Uncapped semi firing mode

· Dirty flag hangs will be awarded to the opposing team

· Penalties will be the removal of bodies during the hang or the following hang (the current match, or following match)

· One body will be pulled for playing on

· All bodies will be pulled for wiping

· No Cleats (football, baseball, or metal – Soft golf style cleats are acceptable like other paintball “turf” cleats). We play on indoor soccer turf.
