Hmm, any word on how much one of those would cost?

its looking at $65 ish plus shipping but i still gotta get an actual quote...the more people get the the cheaper it will be

LV mentions a "number"...does that mean we put our name on the back as well? either way.... keep me posted. i want one.

We should probably move this conversation over to the Pinokio Army thread.

it doesnt matter how the spring sits on the pin but you need to have one of the spring fingers(the long peice perferably the left one when looking at the front of the rotor) and get it to stick at the back of the hump that your lid goes in so it stays up by its self

I just bent my spring really bad but it works still, is there anywhere you can buy new springs for the rotor i might buy some cause i wont use my lid much unless its raining but i will need the springs.

Edit: It actually doesnt work at its full potential if i move my hopper a lot the lid will close i messed my spring up to much i think

if you have some needle nose pliers you can bend that out straight and you can buy new springs at paintballgateway

If you're going used, I'd suggest a DM, Droid (maybe even a clone on the pricier side), or nice Shocker.

Yes definitely used

I'm sorry, I'm not very familiar with the MacDev lines, could you give me a quick run down of their markers (in a list from low end to high end)? Sorry :P

Also, what's the difference between a Shocker and a Shocker NXT? Or is it the same thing?

Thanks!

The Clone VX is Macdev's high end spool, preceded by the Clone (non VX) and the Droid. Droids are basically the precursor to the Clone, so their drive systems are similar.

There are two main types of Shocker, the Shocker SFT and the Shocker NXT. The SFTs were the earlier years, and the NXTs were more recent, as late as 2009. The NXTs came with a better bolt than the SFTs, as well as more updated boards, etc, but these days, whenever you look at used shockers, about 90% are upgraded to the hilt anyways. If you've got more detailed questions about the Shockers, stick your head in the Smart Parts club, as there's a few guys in there who know just about everything there is to know.
