What is better high pressure output or low pressure output?

Depends on what gun it is, guns like Angels and the Bob Long Victory and G6R NEED low pressure. Almost all other guns function best on high pressure, as they have to be specifically designed to run on low pressure for any benefits.

Most Angels need LP air, my Angel can use high pressure.
Current setup: WGP Trilogy, CCM S6, Ion Xe

Just use high pressure, you will see no benefits from low pressure.
