does anyone know of a tool to use instead of a pair of snap ring plyers for the regulator maintence on the gog envy thanks for your imput.

ever mind for all u canadians out there found a pair of snap ring pliers at my local princess auto cost 9.99 plus taxes hope this helps thanks.<br><div id="menu"><div id="searchbox">

I would like some help i used my snap ring pliers but i tried all the allen keys that came with my marker from gog but none of them fit does anyone know the size for the reg and if its metric or standard any thoughts thanks.

Odds are, its standard. GoG/Smartparts use standard hex keys exclusively. I just sold my Vibe, so don't quote me, but my guess is that it would be either a 3/8", a 5/16" or a 1/4".

If you don't already have a set, go to a good hardware store and get a full set of hex keys. You can get a good full set for +/- $10-15. (maybe different for you Canadians.)

Using a gun that's been hardly maintained and tossed from person to person more than a village whore is hardly a fair way to compare the marker.

i know the video very well i found the snap ring pliers but now need the standard set i have a metric set figures its not the one i need lol thanks.

yeah, you need to get SAE keys. go to canadian tire and they have a close to full set of standard keys in a folding red case. it's like 9 bucks.

I asked the guys at GOG whats up wiht the keys with the markers and they said it's just cheap chinese ones they got to throw in with th emarker.

the size of the allen key needed for the regulator is 3/8 in stardard size was finally able to service my regulator today just to let everyone know thanks.
