You and me both. I'd love to have a bigger capacity on my T9.1.

They companies probably aren't interested in making one because it's a niche item of a niche part of a niche market. Not enough profit to justify the project.

It would be way easier to do with the T4, but hardly anyone has those, compared to the T8/9s. Just not enough market.

It'd probably be similar to the FN-303 Magazines

I would totally pick up a T4 just for the Drum mag reason....

Who would want to rock a 15 round drum mag that is nearly as big, if not bigger than a hopper?

Posted Image

I'd rather have a T4 with a ten round mag.

Amm... I would actually rock that gun. Move the air tank maybe... That looks cool.

That gun, yes lots would.

What I was getting at is the size of the drum, and that's a for a breech design that takes the mag directly into it. A mag-well design, like the T4, with a drum out the bottom of the mag well, would be more awkward than the 14rd T4 mag.

I'd rather shoot straight mags than a drum purely for the fact that I would inherently shoot more knowing I had the capabilities to do so. Mag play is supposed to be more selective so I'll stick with that. Plus it would be more expensive.

If it could house FS rounds, and be more efficiant (maybe like 20-25 rounds, if they used the inside of the drum somehow..)
That would be pretty nice for super milsim games

a drum mag would be awesome, but it would only be practical on the t4. i got bored so i drew up a plan, and they way i envisioned it would be 2 small warp feeds that would alternate turning . it would have a bend sensor and nubs that would push the fsr out of the wheel and into the tube. ill make a less sloppy picture and post it later.

C-mag.

If you could use a snail mag style drum (rounds in a spiral) that would be ideal, but I think you need lots of force to operate a snail mag, so it might crush the rounds.

EDIT: Double stack single mags would be nice. Much less bulky than a drum.
