So to the people that live in California in the Bay Area or the East Bay what bore should I use, the weather in the summer is like 79-high 90's low hundreds in the winter is is cold like low 70's and high 60's, should I get a .689 bore since the companies are making their paintballs smaller?

I'm not in California, but the .689 would probably be too big. Get an Eigenbarrel is you want a good all around underbored barrel.

A .689 is a safe bet. You should try asking a california player, specifically a pumper about what bore size paint in that area is.

We can't answer unless we know what size your paint is. My preference is to underbore by about .005. That often means carrying a kit of some sort so you can adjust to the paint. The other really great option is to pick up a pair of Lurker Eigenbarrels - .678 and .684. That'll let you shoot any paint up to about .690
