I haven't lifted in a few years (haven't played football in a few years, which was the only thing keeping me in the weight room), but IIRC, my max squat was 375lbs, and my clean was 275lbs. Those were the only numbers our lifting coach cared about for the linemen, so those are the only ones I remember.

The only thing I've ever done as far as "supplementing" my diet was whey protein shakes.

Yeah I'm currently in High School playing football which is pretty much the only reason I'm lifting. Sucks being a 155 pound outside linebacker lol.

Does carrying my 200 pound ass around count as weight lifting?

I do occasionally go to the gym to lift, but it's more for rep work than strength work.

Bench 80 x 20
Curl 20 x 15
Skull crushers 30 x 15
Shoulder press 60 x 15
Squats with toe lifts 120 x 20

Majority of my workouts are body weight exercises like pullups, pushups, lunges, etc, etc, etc. Or from riding my bike.

I will laugh as they overwhelm our enemies in a flurry of spotted banana hammocks.

I was thinking about trying c4, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for in a pre work out. I also want to start taking protein as well.

When you guys are posting your lifts are you including the bar? I always get confused as some of my friends from other schools say it with the bar. Is there any right way?

What are your workout routines?

Mine right now is:

Workout 1 (chest & traps)
1. Bench
2. Shrugs
3. Push ups
4. Standing dumbbell row

Workout 2 (Back & Biceps)
1. Lat pull down
2. Zottman Curls
3. Seated row
4. EZ bar

Workout 3 (triceps & Forearms)
1. Skullcrushers
2. Wrist curls
3. Tricep pull down

I just started this Friday, I finished workout 3 a few minutes ago. I have the feeling that I'm working the same muscles each day, not the main one, but still part of it.

Thoughts?

I do this for lacrosse training.

Then I lift when I can. However lacrosse training takes up so much time that I'm pretty much dead by the time I can even get to the gym.

I'm 15, 120 about 5'9". Skinny as all hell but I have good core.

Last workout for Proforce training was:

20 minutes of various squats (squat jump, split squat, etc.)
20 minutes of core and abs (sidewinders and what not)

Then we do sleds......55 pound sleds down and back 100 meters, then 1 minute wall sits, one minute burpees, one minute squat jumps. Did this for 10 minutes.

Following this we did a 300 yard sprint.

When I lift I do a rotation that I'm too lazy to type, it goes:

Chest:
Bench (insert weight here) X8, X6, X6
Incline Press (insert weight here) X8, X6, X6

Basically following the 8 rep, 6 rep, 6 rep rotation for various lifts all around the body.

Leg press is max one day, rep the next.

As for supplements, fuck them, I just eat good. Supplements just throw me off my schedule.
