I've been wearing jeans t-shirt and a sweatshirt for a while and there really hot. I was lookin on ebay for like a camo jersey or maybe a padded t-shirt/long sleeve shirt and couldn't find one, so I'm wondering what does everybody wear?

I wear a camo jersey and pants from special ops paintball. They are cheaper that branded items. Very good quality for the price.

same thing as playing speedball.
The ultimate truth in paintball is that the interaction between the gun and the player is far and away the largest factor in accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

When ever i play woodsball, no matter where i am, the back yards with my friends or a scenario game i wear Camo BDU's, and long sleeve shirt and a short sleeve shit over that. I normally play with a gray long sleeve shirt and a green short sleeve shirt. Thats all ill wear when i play. All my friends look at me crazy cause they have like 2 pairs of shorts on under their pants and have 3 shirts and a sweatshirt, and i wear almost nothing compared to them. But then again when ever they shoot at me i just stand still and watch them shoot at me and i dont move or shoot back at them just cause i like taunting them, so i kinda am crazy.

But yeah the most you'll need to wear is Camo BDU's, and long sleeve shirt and a short sleeve shirt over that.

If your a fire fighter copy this into your sig

Here are some suggestions of jerseys and pants in camo patterns that have things like built in knee pads, vents etc that BDU's don't have.

Black raven pants - and a cheap black moisture wicking shirt from Target, cheap technical work gloves. Sometimes the bandana, usually not.

I usually wear a T shirt under my Propper ACU. Ghillie suits don't work too great if you're moving a lot (like I do), cause they get caught on brush and briars.

I just wear my speedball jersey, but its not really a good idea since my jersey is bright blue :( . If you can find a dark jersey that would work fine, or get a BDU, I like the jerseys because they are light so you stay cooler.

Usually a pair of camo BDU pants (Realtree AP) and a pair of trail hiking shoes (not boots).

Shirts: during warm temperatures, either a black short sleeve Heat Gear Under Armor shirt or a camo long sleeve jersey (Realtree APG). If it's cool or cold, I'll wear a long sleeve synthetic shirt (Under Armor Cold Gear knock off) in Realtree Hardwood camo pattern.

I also hunt, so that's why I have all of these camo patterns. I dual-purpose all of my camo gear.

As for masks, my grey-green Vents Cylus mask.

Yeah, pretty much but it rocks for scenario paintball since I have stuff that covers all of the seasons. For the speedball fields, I was wearing tan cargo pants and a black t-shirt but I trashed that pair of pants when I was repairing my roof after a major windstorm - I got tar all over them so I just trashed them.

I'd rather spend my money on paint than buy a special purpose pair of pants (speedball only pants). I might look around for year-end closeouts around Christmas time though.

Use whatever works for you, I suppose. :)

Green 06 or 07 (I can't remember) proto jersey and paints with Redz kneepads. Prior to buying that stuff, I plaid in a t-shirt and jeans. When it gets cold out, I'll frequently put on a set of army surplus BDU's that are big enough to fit over my normal gear.

Other than the fact that things get muddy and scratched up by twigs/thorns, speedball gear works fine in the woods.

Wearing heavy padding like what you're doing with the sweatshirts doesn't make paintballs hurt less. It actually makes them hurt MORE. When a paintball hits you but is cushioned enough to prevent it from breaking, the energy that would otherwise have gone back into the paintball to break the shell actually goes into you, causing bruising. If you wear light clothes, not only will you not die from heat stroke, but it will hurt less.
