I'm doing it too. Finishing up week 4 with a 4 pack.

What exactly is your diet like out of curiosity?

But the Ego 11 is shiny. :(

Dosent the Ego 11 only come in dust colours?

Good luck. I have done most of insanity..got hurt and had to stop over the summer and now the people that live downstairs complain when I try and start again :(
I'll be starting again when I get home from school in may.

Shit is pretty though but gives legit results

I haven't been workout out every day, I can't do that physically, so I'm doing three workouts, rest day, two workouts, rest day.

Even with that it's still showing great results. 8 pounds in 3 weeks? Heck yeah, this stuff is great.

yeah thats great. Dont get discouraged if/when you plateau (ie stop losing). Happens to everyone for a bit but you just gotta muscle through it and youll start dropping again

Well I think I'm going to do insanity every other day and do a gym workout in between. I feel amazing after doing a leg workout at the gym.

lol, In wrestling kids sometimes have to drop 8 pounds in 3 days... cutting weight blows.

Great to see you're trying to get in shape  Try running to the gym instead of taking a car or a bike or something. If you feel like you're going to stop, PUSH THROUGH IT and just keep going. Running is probably one of the best ways to lose weight IMO.

My metabolism flat out sucks, so I have to keep moving to keep weight off. When I have long work weeks or what not, I lose progress. That's my hardest factor right now.

just a bit of advice bro: abs are made in the kitchen.

when i'm cutting down i do practically no cardio except walking. it's all about diet, diet, diet. you could drastically speed up your results if you started eating healthy

I agree with you about the diet. When i cut i dont run so i won't lose muscle because my lack of fat. Also, cardio would do u good because u have over 20% bodyfat. MAKE SURE U EAT RIGHT. You can only perform as well as you eat.. GOOD LUCK MAN

I'm sorry, but why are you so god damn fuzzy?

Anyway, I'm starting Insanity myself, I did not like that P90X required you to have Dumbbells and such.

Does Insanity require anything? I heard it was just Cardio and using your own body weight as resistance.
