DM6= 2 Pounds 9.6 ounces.
DM7= 2 Pounds 6.0 ounces.
DM8= 2 Pounds 6.4 Ounces.
DM9= 2 Pounds 3.2 Ounces.
Dm10= 1 pound 9 ounces.

Here are the weights for you. I personally don't feel the difference in 1/2 a pound, but It does add up after playing long periods of time.

Went out and played with my DM8 for the first time. I love it, needs a new barrel, trigger, cp plug and maybe the eigenring. but it still shoots nuts. :tup:

Why new barrel? It has a Dye Ultralight on it lol

If you want a smaller bore for it I'd get it milled for freak inserts, that would be a sweet barrel setup.

The guy I got it off of didn't take care of the UL barrel. He put a Boom stick on it and threw the UL in the bottom of his bag. It had rocks in it when I got it. :(

But I might get it freak bored and then put a black tip on it. That would look hot.

I think that would look great on your DM. Plus freak inserts are fairly cheap, You really don't need a full kit. I have a full kit and I use maybe 2 of the 6 or 7 inserts I have lol.

Ya, get like 2-3 inserts, a smaller over bore (.685) a larger over bore (.689) and an under bore (.679) or something similar

Done and Done. what is the best trigger. I need a sling trigger. So either ironmen or critical?

Ironmen has a better curve, critical doesn't move side to side. I love how my nt feels with the Ironmen trigger, but I would get the critical because the quality is better

the ironman triggers are a lot cheaper than the critical. I'd just go with the Ironman personally, I hear good things about both.

Have another question. When Ninja brought out their "Pro" reg. The guy from Ninja says that 550 output is optimal for DMs. Is this true and if so why?

because some guns function better at lower or higher presures for example g6rs have to have low pressure while automag RTs have tp have high pressure

ok but still why? A G6R will operate at tank reg of 800. They are just saying it will work better. Still what causes a marker to work better with a lower or higher input pressure.
