Dwell - I'd say leave it stock at 12 or bump it up to 14-16 if you'd like a smoother shot. There's no real reason to lower dwell unless you want to risk any bolt stick.
FSDO - If your dwell is at 12 and depending on your climate, raise it to however much you need to get rid of FSDO. 7-12 is good. If you have your dwell raised, you can probably turn this off since you have a 2.0 core.
You can leave your Ninja regulator at it's stock pressure. There's no need to use a lower pressure tank on a Luxe. It wouldn't matter what pressure it is since it will go through the Luxe regulator anyway.

what about dwell and fsdo? if i upgrade to a 2.0 power core, would i have to change the settings?
leave the dwell stock, as for fsdo just leave it alone if you don't have any. if you do bump it up one at a time till it doesn't.
as for the pressure, pooty recommends 550. So if you can adjust it to recommended, why not?

while i agree it does make the gun shoot butter, it can cause some really bad FSDO.
the luxe isnt exactly a jack hammer to begin with, so the trade off there isn't a hard one to swallow.
thats the way arsenal luxes are set-up from the factory, and mines been amazing.
