I signed up for the Players Club almost four weeks ago and my status still has not been updated. Could someone please update my status? I am not trying to be rude, I am just excited to check out the new benefits the PC has to offer.
Sorry I have not checked in here sooner. I have all paid registrations current. However I do have a few accounts that did not provide information on their account. I'm not sure and do apologize for the delay. So please e-mail me at email@example.com and we can discuss the matter. I would rather you forward me the information there then openly here in the forums.
Please provide the date and the name on the account that paid for your PC status. That way I can research it and verify the payment.
