Sure thing. Is this the board you're looking at? I was looking into getting one as well (for the PSP 3-shot) DM/Proto 7th element board I'm not sure if it comes with eyes though. In my case i guess i can just use my stocks

Yeah thats the board, except the one I'd be getting is the non-UL version since mine doesn't have a UL frame on it.

Best boards for the price, I have one in my shocker and it beats the heck out of the virtue I have in my second shocker.

I was thinking about getting a trigger for my PMR.

What kind should I get? Violent, CP, Critical...?

My favorite of the three is the critical. They are the most expensive though and at that price I'd almost rather spend a bit more for an acid customs trigger, which imo is the best triggers available.

http://acidcustom.com/triggers/

I actually have no clue how much these are, I've shot an ego with one and it was one of the best triggers I ever laid hands on.

If money isn't an issue I'll suggest Critical. If you're tight on cash go for the Violent, it's a great trigger.

I have no problem spending $45 - $60 on a trigger, so eh it's not really a problem. :P Anything to get that stock trigger off. -.-

I'd go violent, or dye reach/ ironman is also a nice trigger for the price. I had one on my pm8. Really nice for about $25.

Played around with Dan Holiday's old DM12. My buddy got it off of him when they got the Damage DM12s. Yay connections.

I have a 2010 PMR, and it's crazy how many people think it's an NT from afar.

Honestly I love the way NT's feel. Its by far my favorite marker to hold in the hands, but I've seen quite a few problems with them on the field. Last time I played one guy had nothing but problems with his. First the eye pipe broke (probably user error), so he paid $20 for a new one. Then after that it emptied his tank through the barrel... He was a newer player so I offered to fix the leak for him. Got it back to shooting so he let me play a game with it and it was by far one of the most comfortable markers I ever used. It didn't shoot all that smooth, but the lightness, and the ergonomics made up for it imo.

I've also seen some NT's that shoot great, its mostly the guys who have been playing for a long time and know how to maintain them and keep them from going down.

When the resale gets down to about $400 I'll own one. However, I've always been a matrix person myself.

yep it feels amazing and its just so small in the hands. i feel that the people that have problems don't like to maintain their markers... i like to clean and re lube every weekend and its paid off so far. i just know how everyone hates them. Cnoddings liked all his. thats about it, but he maintains his stuff as well so idk. the only problem i have had with owning it so far is knowing the resale is plummeting. its going to be cheaper than a vice soon

I kind of want the NT's Hyper 3 reg with the grip on my PMR. :P That'd feel so comfortable.

Yeah, so about that... I have a picture, but I don't think I ever took a "reassembled" picture. The ASA came back put together incorrectly and I still haven't bothered to get it fixed. I cleaned it/lubed it/chrono'd it last week and almost took a new picture, but I didn't. Right now it's in a box, waiting to be shipped off to somebody who is driving to Legends. lol

I thought the PMR's Hyper 3's were different than the NT's Hyper 3's. Because they had to shape them differently for the grip or something. I was talking to some people in the chat room and they said the grip wouldn't fit on my PMR. :( Always worth a shot though.

brian23- I'm really jealous of your pm8's and your pm7, they all look brand new.

I've heard really good thing about the eigenrings, I plan on getting one myself for my pm7. I looked into them and it seems like the best single upgrade you could get for a PM or DM, performance wise. Cheapest too.

I love my DM. Only problem is the ass who had it before me ruined the stock barrel. I would go with the 9 over the 8. you have to replace a lot on a stock DM8 to make it really good. it has crappy eye pipe and a weird on/off at the front of the gun you need to get rid of. Might see mine on BST at the end of the season.
