I am talking to Chris (the air guy who does LL for us) and he has a new company called "Swap My Tank."

He's considering renting 45k HPA tanks for $20 for the event with a credit card deposit.

Would you guys that are crossing the border or flying be interested in that?

I know a couple of guys from Sweeden are coming over and their tanks aren't DOT stamped. This might be great for them so they don't have to buy one and then try and sell right after

I could definitely see this as being a great thing for people who are either flying within the US, or coming from a different country. It certainly won't be for everybody, but I do think it's a good idea that needs to be done. I will most likely be driving, so I won't need one. But like Etek said, it'd be good for people who are coming from out of the country.

Hell, I'd consider doing that if they offered big tanks, like an 88ci or 90ci. I would happily rent one of those instead of buying an entirely new tank just for Legends, and probably not use much after that.

I would totally love that idea! Saves people a ton of money and it gives the comfort ability of their tank back home or gives them a feel on what a 45k.

Carbon fiber right?

I'd love that, will save me the trouble of buying a new tank for now. What kind of tanks though? Steel or Carbon Fiber/Size? Regardless, sounds good to me.

I don't think we have steel 45k tanks in the U.S.

I'll ask him the other questions...or you could get on the Facebook group and talk to him your questions.

They are renting 68/45's (I asked the guy) when they bring them, although they might bring a couple larger ones, depending on the inventory and interest.

Im all for it! I know most people have their own tanks but I recall an event where both my tanks started leaking from the reg. Although I was able to borrow a teammates not everyone has that option or the funds to replace a reg at an event.

Heck I'll even help haul the tanks up there for Chris since hes local to me.

is this still an option? My current tank is out of hydro ( I knew it was coming up but that's another story ) not enough time now to get it fixed, I was going to get a new air system from ninja but now things have changed financially and cant drop 180$ at the even.

I've been to events where air tanks can be rented via preregistration.

i like the Idea but i'm still going to bring my own tank. I don't wanna get there and suddenly they run out of tanks to rent. I try and keep as much in my control as possible.
