I've decided to keep a weekly update of my workout routine, and weight loss on here as I try to come down from 215 Lbs to 175 over the next 90 days of P90x! This is a way for me to stay motivated and keep track, as I come on techpb often. So please no hating as all I am trying to do is be healthier

Before Day One) Height: 5'11, Weight: 215 Lbs, Waist: 40"

Day one) Height 5'11, Weight: 214 Lbs ( mostly just water loss I'm sure), Waist: 40"!

Day two) Height:Same Weight: 213 Lbs Waist: same (going good, looking forward to tomorrow)

Day three) Not much of a change since it was arms and shoulders day, yoga tomorrow( :huh: )

Day four) Weight change, after full workout and dinner I am now down to 211 Lbs! Progress, its great!
