Just bought a used throttle tank off ebay no clue what year it is or anything and i went to go air it up from a scuba tank and it started leaking out of a hole in the reg looks like the hole is supposed to be there (not like someone drilled into the reg or something)

Not sure if its just a blown burst disk or what and i was wondering if i should just buy a new reg or what

Yeah it most likely is a blown burst disk. I dont own a throttle tank but when I was filling a guys dye throttle tank at my field the same thing happened. You should take it to your local pro shop to get it replaced or you can do it yourself if you want if you have the correct burst disk.

Those tanks defiantly have bad regulators.. I personally stay away from Throttle tanks..
