Not upgraded, or alot of custom work, but its got a custom made pump kit and a pink paint job, among other things.

Using a gun that's been hardly maintained and tossed from person to person more than a village whore is hardly a fair way to compare the marker.

Any 2k5 Intimidator.

Pros:

-Fast
-Smooth
-Ergonomic
-Reliable
-Quite quiet for a stacked tube
-Decently efficient
-Great regs
-Great trigger
-Sexy as hell
-Great company behind it

Cons:

-Not incredibly light
-Some stock parts need updating like the board, feedneck, and and the ram cap(reccomend the adjustable)

Just yeserday I shot my Ripper 2 side by side with a buddy's brand new G6r 2012 that was upped to the max(LP Poppet, TechT bolt, TechT Zero Ping rammer, etc). The Ripper 2 was quieter and smoother than the G6r. The only thing the G6r had on the Ripper was the ergonomics(very light and spaced out), the board, and the efficiency.

Honestly I don't think there's many guns out there that can stack up to the 2k5 Timmy in every category. Jack of all Trades, Master of None.

Grr your killing me, had mine a week and haven't been able to shoot it. Never shot an old Timmy before, if its as you say it is I'll probably shed tears of joy.

Well specifically Gen 3 Intimidators. Typically they're just refered to as 2k5's.

The Gen 4's seem like they'd be nice, but I've heard that you have to balance the regs which can be quite the pain.

It's fun as hell... The Species will most likely shoot better than your Vic, even while being a stacked tube.

If I still wanted to play electro, I'd pick myself up a Timmy to 2k5.

Shot a Lurker'd Axe? It's about the same, maybe a bit better. Granted I was shoot right around 300 and the G6r and Axe were normally chrono'd around 270.

You probably have leet tuning skills though, and the LPR guage on mine snapped in shipping. I've noticed the LPR screw isn't even pushing the little washer, is that bad? I'm pretty sure its in for more but if its not I'm frightened I'll just air it up and the solenoid will explode before I even get a chance to shoot it.

I wouldn't mess with it until you get a new gauge. You probably know from experience how picky Bob's guns can be about pressures. Once you do zero it out and then slow raise it to around 75. That's assuming it's 2k5'd I have no experience with 2k2 tuning or any of the recommended settings.

True dat lol. Honestly, I've shot Ego 11s, G6Rs, Vices, etc, and none shoot nearly as nice as my Ghost. That being said, they're totally different guns, but all the same, I'd rather play pump.

I just watched your Timmy video - I've gotta say, it shot nice! A bit on the loud side, but that's not that important as how well it shoots.

I've gotten some of my friends more into pump as well, Kanas just traded his G6R for a T2.

It doesn't sound that loud in person, I'd blame it on the camera(my Droid lol). It's like a G6r with less ping and a more muffled shot.

hahahaha i wanna get it so when im playing speedball people will hear where i am and move in on me, the point of this being is i am good at close range aim, also my other guns an eNVy and those things are quiet so i can always fall back on it. but who knows maybe the etek 4s will be quieter

Edit: OP, the best gun is probably going to a phantom, you can customize the hell out of it and really make it your own gun.

They're gonna know where you are once you start shooting no matter what on the speedball field, that logic doesn't really make sense in my mind.

Original Gangster, I wish i had that much techpb swag at the field :( I might buy a t-shirt :P

the t-shirts are cool, they didn't have those when I bought my CC shirt (I'm waiting for a techpb v neck). Although, the CC shirts make your gun like 10x more accurate, the normal ones only make your gun shoot "harder" :dodgy:.

But yeah, go for it! I always get compliments on my shirt and headband (which I got custom made).

In all honest I like the G6R better than anything Ive ever shot.

I bought a Geo 2.1 and got rid of it within the week to buy another G6R lol.

Smooth, quiet, efficient (I know not 21 pods efficient but efficient, feels good in the hands, nice .685 barrel, BEST trigger on the market, and OLED screen.

The only thing it lacks in my opinion is the packaging.

i think that statistically the clone GT might be the best, its 10+ pod efficient, super smooth / quiet and comes with great features (hosess, oled etc.)

but i think the prototype Thin Air Zealot may be amazing when it is relesed, its based off the Quest, so you can expect an amazing shot and great efficiency. if the bolt design stays close to the quest's design then it sould be incredibly reliable like the quests. and packed with modern features such as an oled board (im hoping), on/off asa, tool-less bolt removal, and being hoseless you have a design packed with potential.

having a spool that is luxe/clone quiet, has no kick whatsoever, super reliable and can get almost a case off a tank would be great
