Dead lift 3x2 (super heavy)
Leg Press 3x8
Leg extensions 3x10
Leg curls 3x12
Standing calf raise 3x15
Seated calf raise 3x10
What does 5x5 mean? 3x2,3x8 ect.
If you want to see were I got this its on the bottom page of nutrition and health body of a god or something.
