Squats and bench are important, full body, exercises that are done incorrectly by a lot of people. Now pretty much anyone can squat or bench some weight, but proper form can help you reach your full potential while doing these exercises. The same goes for any exercise of course but these two are very technical in the grand scheme of things.
Here are two links that take you to two different playlists on youtube. The titles of the series are titled, "So you think you can bench" and "So you think you can squat". It's some damn good instruction from a gym that stands for serious power in the power lifting community. Give em a watch.
