At what distance does paint start to loose it's velocity to the point that it doesn't break on impact?
Trying to argue that the extra distance from an Apex is pointless since paint won't break at longer distances.
I'm OK with being wrong but am I?

it depends on your fps, lets say your marker is cronoing at 220 fps...and there is a guy 80 yards away, it will not break.

Normally, when someone is about 60-80 yards away, it will most likely not break on soft goods, like the pod pack, or the pants, etc. If it's on the hopper, then it will most likely break, because it's decently hard enough.

It depends on what they chrono at, and since the Apex goes a larger distance, then chances are that paint might break from a further distance.

I've seen people bunkered and not have a break and I've used an apex and got breaks from far away. So it's really impossible to say.
