Stop worrying about how you look, and start worrying about how you play. Get out on the field and play paintball the best you can, not stand at home in front of a mirror trying to figure out if your jersey matches your eyes.

Healthy eating, clean living, moderation in moderation.
Guinness for a low Cal beer.
Cold processed grass fed whey protein after work outs and SuperFood Green pills (kelp, seaweed, spinach, all your greens that taste horrible in a pill form)

Guinness has about the same calories in it as with other beers. Besides, its a stout.

Guinness is on the lower side of beers at 126 calories in a 12 oz bottle of Draught. However, the calories for beers are all over the place. The lowest I can think of is 68 calories all the way up to 330 for a serving. The norm I would say is between 145 and 160.

I love Guinness.

anabolic steroids

I really don't have a problem with them and i think they should be legal. I do not think they should be in sports, but if some guy at the gym wants to get stronger than they should be an option. They are far safer than sooooo many other drugs out there when taken properly, and they work.

Compared to Heavy Wheat beers; Sam Adams, Sierra Nevada @ 160-180 per 12oz Guinness is low cal @ 120 per 12oz.
I am not getting problem with it being a stout? I know that is the type of beer but help me understand why that is good or bad.

Right now im taking Dymatize ISO 100 Whey protein... great flavor, but hella expensive. My next protein will be an ON Whey protein... or maybe a Dymatize elite cause ISO100 is too expensive lol.
