I'm looking into getting a new gun i have it down to the luxe and a ego I'm stuck on what to get. i mainly play woods ball but also sometimes speedball. i currently shoot a drone dx and like it i have shot eteks before to just need some help on which hi-end to get

You cant really compare them both due to one being a spool valve (luxe) and the other being a poppit valve (ego) But I would say go with the luxe...

Ya and also maintaining the reg after every 5 cases. I have one and just love it. Its a great gun!

Ya and also maintaining the reg after every 5 cases. I have one and just love it. Its a great gun!

That's a little excessive... The luxe regs can go a while without being maintained. I'd do it every 6 months to a year, but only if you notice a huge consistency problem.

I'd clean/lube the bolt the day before I play. (entire system, not just the actual bolt)

when you say the whole system do u mean like the whole drive

I personally avoid PE like the plague because of their frames being so easy to bend. As for the luxe it feels great in the hands but the I agree the clone gt is better overall!
I only spray and pray when I'm using febreze in the church of pump.

Overall yes the gt is better but that is only because of its efficieny. The luxe is smoother and quieter but only by a small margin and the gt is more efficient by a large margin. If you want the smoothest and quiest gun out there and also really want to stand out on the feild get the luxe
