The main thing I would do is go to the empire booth, get them to check up on my mini, CCM to check out my marker.

Btw guys ive got 2 quick questions,

I most likely wont be playing pump on friday night (unless i break out the brass eagle for a game or two), but since i havent been to LL before, is friday night the best time to hang out and meet new faces, etc. and maybe see who i can roll with on saturday? (I feel like i have a decent understanding of how saturday and sunday work, friday is just a mystery)-->will everybody hang at the field, or do people go out to eat/drink?

And as far as paint is concerned i know its best to get it early at the event, but let's say i get 3 cases and realize late saturday that i need another, will i be able to pick up a 4th at any time or is this a big inconvenience?

This year me and most of the Bomb Squad will be arriving on Thursday night and meeting up with some of the SAS Woodsball contingent that gets there early. Friday we use for teching, talking, and pure shenanigans. Everyone starts to roll in on friday, get set up, meet up and such. I know this year the Bomb Squad will be there all day friday just going over our gear, and jumping in on the occasional walk-on game that they have going on. It's just a great time to chill. Last year within the first ten minutes we ran into Mike, Willie in the pro-shop, Mark Kressin, Akimbo Assassin, Wolf, most of the TechPB mods. If you're looking for people to hang out with by all means drop myself or Irish725 a pm and we can plan on meeting up at some point. The best part about Friday is that you finally get to put faces to people. It's not like you're meeting for the first time, more like catching up.

The pump/pistol game starts around sundown. Last year kinda sucked/was awesome because there ended up being too many players for the game so they had to split us up into groups. My guys played a few rounds before doing some last minute chronoing and teching while Irish and I attended the Captains meeting. Things wrapped up around 8-9pm, with some groups going off to party and others to dinner or back to their lodging arrangements.

As for paint, I recommend only picking up one case friday just so you can have your pods and stuff loaded out and ready to go. You get paint tickets at registration and you can always buy more at the pro-shop. Just sucks waiting in the paint line. I recommend getting one case ahead of time just in case the paint was shitty like last year, so you don't have to go through the hassle of returning 3-4 cases (ask any of my guys about it, we bought about 26 cases combined and swapped out most of them for the marballizers they switched to.)

Any other questions you have feel free to ask!

Hoping to see the TechPB Luge again this year...wanted to partake last year, but I thought it was a "private party" sort of deal...now that I know better mwhahaha.

Friday is also a good chance to meet squad leaders and stuff like that, I know Sniperwolf had a "Team Captains and Squad Leaders" meeting on Friday night and passed along some good info, so all in all it's a good time to meet, have fun and be merry. Hoping to get to see some NPPL Matches this year.

It was a private party, it was for players of LL and members of TechPB and paintball players in general. So yes it was a selective group allowed to party. You had to be a paintballer, that limits us to about less than 1% of the World's population. ;)

Haha well ya know, I had only been around TechPB for about 5 months at that time lol, seeing you and Mike and all the others up there was pretty cool, but definitely didn't want to interrupt haha. Next year I'll know better. Hangover ball is nothing new to me haha.

I will probably try and update the packing list I did last year though. I remember it getting stickied, but for some reason it got unstickied so you'll have to go back a few pages to find it.

My only problem is that I am a teenager that is too young to drive. So,I'm relying on my parents to take me.They've already said yes,but they tend to tell me yes, wait until the last minute, then tell me no.And they're afraid I'll get kidnapped,so no carpooling for me.I'm just hoping they realize how much I want to do this.

maybe look into the Hammer 7. It's only like $130 and you have the consitent feeding of a magazine versus gravity fed

But take into account that I'm broke and I see the pgp working for me in a few ways. The pgp would only cost me about $80 with 10"custom" mags while a Hammer with 3 mags would be about $230.Also,the gravity feed would only be able to hold about 3 rounds, while the hammer mags hold 9,which would encourage me to shoot more, thus having less FSR the next day/later on that day. So,I see the pgp being more economical and being special in that I imagine only a few people have made FS pgp's.
Pro tip:"Custom" FS magazines are just 10 round tubes that happen to be the same diameter as the tubes of FS,allowing you to cut them down and hold as many as necessary.

Now that Canadian Carnage 2013 or 2 may happen I might not come to save some $$$, like $500-700 worth. Either way its a TiPx and Hammer7 all the way (it is the plan). FS and .68 cal balls flying from me
