So I built a new computer, and was wondering if a coolermaster hyper 212 would fit in it, if not then whats the best cooler that would.

Specs:

i5 2500k
Boistar tz77a
4gb ram
gigabyte 7770
ocz modxstream pro 600w
agility 4 128gb
500gb seagate hd
Nzxt source 210

Or instead of a Rotor, get a used Pinokio or Prophecy and use the left over money for cool shit, like taquitos and hookers.

Yes.

Hyper 212 Evo is 158.5mm tall, NZXT Source 210 fits up to 160mm.

A quick google search would have done the trick. (literally, I just looked to confirm "will a hyper 212 fit in a source 210" and got the answer from another tech forum.)

It should fit, but you may have clearance issues with the first memory slot. Check the RAM and if its got a tall heatsink, that could be an issue.

You do know that you can mount a heatsink anyway? wide going back to front or top to bottom.

Uhh, I think I understand what you're trying to say.

Yes, I know he mount the heatsink to face a different direction.
