I wonder how they help improve your vision, does anyone know why?

all my legos are stored at my parents hose... so that wont be happening....

The participants found improvements in detail, perception of motion and in low contrast settings.


Think about it. In FPS games, there's a bunch of moving around and quick reacting. There's also a bunch of low light situations.

But how can it really improve your vision is what interests me.
