Well as some of you may know I wen't through a huge transformation the summer of 2011 and lost an amazing 35 lbs in three months. Well, ever since school started up again I've been giving into temptations and have gained 4 lbs because of it. This thread is here to motivate me in a way. I will be keeping track of my workouts and what I've ate. Feel free to leave ant comments along the way.

My goal weight is 150 lbs.

Starting weight as of 9/28/12

170 lbs


Today I'm going for a run and I'm afraid I'll be shocked of the results!!

First run since early August, ran one mile in 8:26.... I plan to get better but I'm shocked at my performance. In total I ran 1.5 miles in ten minutes. Tomorrow morning I'll be running 2 miles and more in the afternoon.

Ran 2.5 miles today and I'm going to try and do some weight training tomorrow.
