Ok so I purchased a Bob Long Alias from eBay and all in all the marker is in amazing condition far exceeding my expectations but I noticed the trigger was a little strange feeling and when I got around to taking it apart and inspecting this I realized the adjustment screw and spring was missing in the upper most screw hole of the trigger. So could I even get a replacement trigger screw and spring for a marker this old? And where if so.

dont waste your time with blast. its just a trigger adjustment screw. go to your local ace hardware or anywhere that sells fasteners and pick them up for 35 cents each. I dont have an exact size, but just tell them youre looking for a set screw and bring the trigger with you. theyll be able to help you out.

I think you could get away with a spring from a ball point pen. You might have to trim it down some, but it should be close to the same size.
