Dye's carbon fiber boomstick is a very nice barrel. Only if your prepared to spend that sort of money ;)

The Deadly Wind Fibur barrel is the best right now, because it takes Freak inserts.

I like the Sly, having used one for a bit, but I would highly recommend the Deadly Wind Fibur barrel. The ability to take Freak inserts, and some of the special smaller bore inserts, makes for a very attractive package.

If you really want carbon fiber, don't settle for anything but a Deadlywind; reason being the use of freak inserts. They can be bought used, cheaply replaced, last indefinitely if taken care of (I have my kit from 2002 still).

As far as just a barrel, I believe nothing beats a stiffi. I still have my first Angel stiffi around somewhere. If you want inserts, the deadlywind i believe is your only option.

I have a Stiffi MF on the BST here. Super light and good porting too.

Deadlywinds with freak inserts = the best of all worlds. The best bore for your paint, the lightest weight, and easy to clean/swab. Been using mine for 5 years now and no sign of any issues and no interest in changing in the least.

The Deadlwind Null is a .688 14" that CANNOT accept freak inserts,
The Deadlywind Fibur CAN accept freak inserts.
If you want carbon fiber, don't look anywhere past Deadlywind. They've got both configurations of barrels needed.

Deadlywind here, too. Love it. Super light, works great, and looks badass. And if you play woods/scenario, you can get the Apex adapter for it.

Mostly got my 12" DW Fibur for my Automag to match the DW foregrip as well as to help with the poor efficiency. Since then, I've pretty much fallen in love with it.
