This guy just pretty much took pictures from a 3 year old post, and used them as his own in order to scam 6 people out of money and guns.

He scammed me out of my Droid in the sig, my Nexus Tablet, and my Ipod touch.

Thing is, this guy is in the Military, we have his real identity. He is in the Air Force, works at a base in Texas. We have all his friend co-worker's facebooks, we have everything on him, short of his parents names and facebooks, we have his sister's, though, and he still refuses to respond to any of us.
We are giving him some time to respond, before we bring all this to everyone he knows, and works with. You'd think a guy in the military wouldn't do something as stupid as trying to scam people out of nearly $2500-$3000.

WHat's his name and info? I can run it up around my unit and be a sort of "Fair Warning, this guy is a piece of shit..."

Well he blocked me from his facebook for asking him a simple question, but his facebook is already been posted and screen shots taken of it, lol.

He lives at the Dyess Air Force Base.

Give the base a call, see if you can't talk to his CO and explain the situation with him, maybe that might help get the ball rolling. Another thing to do is take screen shots of everything, print out copies of everything, take it to your local police, ask their advice on what steps you can take. Since it crossed state lines, I believe that means the FBI would get involved. Don't actually know if they'd do anything, but it doesn't hurt to give their local office a call and at least ask their opinion about it.

Oooh, that crosses international borders, that could get messy if you guys decide to prosecute.

It's going to get real bad for him, considering he is in the military, and just me and another guy is over $1200.

There was a NT11 w/ Prophecy, a tank, and a few others.

Just make sure that everybody is willing to actually go through with it and prosecute the guy, and make sure the authorities know that. They might take you more seriously if you tell them right off the bat that you have every intention of prosecuting the guy.

Considering only 1 person can get his money back, since he only bought a gun instead of trading, we are all definately prosecuting.
