So,today I went out to shoot my gun. When I shot it however, the ball barely rolled out of the barrel. So,I unscrewed the tank to see what was wrong.I then realized that the tank was leaking. So,I first freaked out and put it in my room(because I am one of those paranoid people),and then got a little help from another member here.I now know that the tank is leaking from the pin,and I already tried to pull it up with my fingers to no prevail.Keep in mind that the tank still has about 1500 psi and appears to be putting out a very small amount of air.Any ideas as to whats wrong?

it could be the gauge not reading correctly? fill that tank and try it again to make sure.

I can't get the tank filled until this weekend when I plan on going to play, but I know there is air in it,because it is still leaking from the pin.As I said above,I already tried to pull it up,but that only slightly decreased the leak.Anything else it could be?And thanks for responding back so fast!

If it is a pin leak then the only way to correct it is to drain it, take it apart and make sure the seat is good or replace the seat.

What brand is it?

Ninja standard adjustable regulator.

And I don't know if I can drain it because the reg is only outputting enough to barely make the ball roll out of the barrel.

Push down on the pin with a metal object until all the air come out

Then open the reg and look at the seat. If it is dirty and clean which may work? Or you can push it out, flip it over and push it back in with a eraser

I just bled all the air out,now how do I get the regulator off?I assume I will either have to go down to my proshop or ship it to you.

Or can I service it while on the tank?

Watch the pin valve video first.

You can do this but you can always check with your pro shop

Remove the bonnet screws

Turn the bonnet off the body

Remove the piston

Clean the white seat in the bonnet, push it out, flip it over, push it back I with a pencil eraser

Clean and lube the piston

Reassemble.

I cleaned it out and was appalled at all the gunk in it.I bought this used about 3 weeks ago,and this was my first time filling it.It took about 3 q-tips to clean it fully.I also re-lubed the piston o-rings,which hopefully cleared everything up.Thanks again for all your help!
