Posting mainly to hopefully get off of page 16...

Saw a ferrari 458 while driving to work a few days ago. It was beautiful. I'm surprised it was out though. Most people have their cars in storage by now, at least in my area.

There are a few guys in town that must have some money. I see the same guy driving an R8 (the older version before they put the V10 in it) all the time, there's a Ferrari F430 I see about once every 4 months, and I saw a Gallardo a couple weeks ago. The F430 was by far the best looking of the three, but not as cool as a 458.

I would be the guy that used my non-practical racing car all the year if I had one.
I'm planning on driving an 80's sportscar in an Norwegian winter.

I'll probably need to wash it every day for salts and call a tow truck every week. But fuck it, I'm a car guy.

Last year, I was cruising through the mountains when a V10 R8 and Porsche GT2 whizzed by me street racing way out in the middle of nowhere. lol

Went so fast that I couldn't even get a plate number from them.

I prefer my cars looking stock. You can lower them and use some better looking wheels. But stock looking cars is my favorite.

in other news, is the Mini cooper a chick car?

I was always under the impression the regular mini was a unisex car (both guys and girls could pull it off) and that any other mini was a chicks car eg. Convertible.

Is it a John Cooper Works Mini? If so, then there's no doubt that it's a guy car. If it's not, it's unisex. Haters will call it a chick car. I'd buy a John Cooper Works Mini if the dash didn't look horribly retarded. I despise that massive gauge directly above the stereo, instead of being in front of the driver like a normal gauge cluster.

I prefer my cars looking stock. You can lower them and use some better looking wheels. But stock looking cars is my favorite.

I used to think the same thing, until I saw Han's RX7 in Tokyo Drift.

Now it's got me thinking, and if I have the money, and see something in person that I really like, then I might get a body kit for my Speed6. Kind of doubt I actually will, but it's a possibility.

Yea im going to rebel and lower my jeep. Put some big ass rims on it
and a spoiler FOR SURE, It will help increase my rear down force.

.... :dodgy:

(on actual fact a jeep has so much front force its not worth driving over 110km/h)

The ultimate truth in paintball is that the interaction between the gun and the player is far and away the largest factor in accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

I'm actually not a fan of huge spoilers or large rims, does that make an ultra rebel? :P

I like the look of my stock rims just fine, I don't think I'd put on aftermarket rims. And the only way I'd put a spoiler on is if it actually helped, and it looked good. I wouldn't put a spoiler on solely for looks.

As to lowering, I drive over too many speed bumps for me to lower my car. Plus I generally don't like how it looks.

It looks nice. I wonder why they didn't chose to make a video where it did what the Quattro is known for. Drift really really fast on loose ground.
And if that car comes with anything but an Audi straight 5 I'm gonna be pissed.

Not gonna lie. The Del Sol is one but ugly car. But I'm not found of Hondas, unless it's a S2000.

I'm still at my first car, hopefully getting my second pretty soon.

My first car was a 94 Ford explorer 4x4 I picked up off a guy who was homeless and needed money for 300$. It ran and drove like a champ. No body damage and sold it for 1100.

Second car I bought for 900 and I currently own is a 1998 Acura 2.5TL. It had a bad differential that connects to a shaft coming out of a tranny but I replaced the entire transmission and differential which cost me about 1500 in total for parts and labor. I put a  brand new set of wheels (drag DR33's in flat black) and tires. Went up from a 15in wheel to a 17in and it drives real smooth. Acura's special pearl white with those black wheels looks super nice. It needs minor body work to the front fenders and touch up painting but I can do all that myself since I have the equipment.

Oh and the car has less than 150k miles on it. (Interior is literally show room quality new. The person I bought it from babied the car.)

I also plan on buying my fathers old rolling 1968 chevy camaro SS and putting a 350 small block engine in it.

But my dream car would be anything around the 30's-40's with suicide doors on it. x_x

I gotta get rid of my boring executive sedan and get something more fit for me. The A4 Quattro is really nice and the V6 feels crisp and responsive. But the car is so damn dull.
Big wheels and coilovers helped with both the feel and the look, but it's still a commonly seen sedan.

The 944 I was gonna buy just got sold, so I'm back to square one. Looking at old Supras, RX-7s, E30's and stuff like that.

Stop worrying about how you look, and start worrying about how you play. Get out on the field and play paintball the best you can, not stand at home in front of a mirror trying to figure out if your jersey matches your eyes.

If you get a subaru get a 2.2L engine. The 2.5L blows head gaskets. You can still get out of controll with a awd vehical. Snow tires help a ton if you don't already have them. With my 06 impreza I pretty much drifted the car around corners to make it turn with shitty generic all seasons. This was in high moisture snow of the northeast/quebec. Since I have moved to utah the low moisture snow is much eaisier to gain traction in while driving up the canyon roads.
