Is the Dye/Proto 2009 PMR board capable of tournament settings? Please don't confuse this with the pmr's before 07-08 or the new proto rails. This was after they switched to aluminum everything, ul frames, etc, and before they stopped making the PMR and just make the rails. Any help would be appreciated.

This one is listed as an 2009 PMR manual, and this one is listed as a 2010 PMR manual, however, the 09 looks like the plastic ones you say you don't have.
