Sure!
Welcome to the forums by the way!
The main differences are as follows...

The 09 pmr has a on/off asa
The 09 pmr has a 2 piece barrell
The 09 pmr comes with a carrying case
The 09 pmr's ultralite frame is NOT made up of composite material like that of the 09 SLG
The 09 pmr has a clamp lock feedneck

And thats it ;)
Hope this helped all your questions.

If you have the money ;)
I would defiantly recommend it over the slg.
Its more durable and it has a great "feel" to it.

Actually, while some of the above (but not all) is true, those differences are for the most part negligible.

They both have the UL Frame (the SLG's is composite, but that makes no performance difference) giving them exactly the same feel in your hand when not firing
They both have clamping feednecks
They both have great barrels (SLG's is 1 piece, PMR is 2 piece)
They both have the same UL Board
One is not more durable than the other

The main difference is the internal operation. The SLG uses a sear tripping design. The PMR uses an unbalanced spool valve design, one-way solenoid, and doesn't make use of an LPR. One design isn't necessarily better than the other, but the SLG's is easier to produce making it cheaper. Also, while the rail is a full electro, it's very low quality, especially in comparison with a PM series marker. The SLG isn't fully electro (sear tripper), but it's very well thought out despite being cheap to produce. I personally see no reason to buy the '09 PMR over the '09 SLG UL considering the composite material used in the SLG is the same stuff used in actual firearms used by police. It's extremely durable stuff, but it does keep costs down. Also, the internal operation of the SLG is more air efficient than the rail, and thanks to the silencer it isn't overly loud. Coming from autocockers, to me both of their kick is negligible and unimportant.

I don't really see a reason to buy the '09 PMR. To me, it's overpriced considering it's low quality internals.
