I have around $70 in my paypal and I want to know what to buy next.

I have loved Kershaw knives but I was maybe looking for another folder, a fixed blade with a sheath or a really good tac light.

Also, any pictures of Miley Cirus's ass from last night that you find on the web, I'd be willing to pay for those. I've always had a fetish for raw chicken btw

K-bar. No such thing as a really good tac light for that price range.

I was looking into the BK2 but I hear that the sheath dulls the knife.

Most sheaths take a lil of the edge off a new knife but once the sheath is worn in its no longer an issue.

No problem. Side note- make sure you know what type of edge you get on a knife. A good knife is only good as long as its sharp so learning to sharpin your knives is invaluable.

the only lights i trust are surefire... you pay for it, but ive personally beat the shit out of a old non-led light on 2 deployments and it never once failed....

save up the money, and splurge on a sure fire, you wont regret it....

Stop worrying about how you look, and start worrying about how you play. Get out on the field and play paintball the best you can, not stand at home in front of a mirror trying to figure out if your jersey matches your eyes.

I like stream light. Good value, but nothing for $70.

I like Kershaw, too, but you can't beat a Spyderco! They have a few more budget friendly knives, but the one that became my EDC is a ParaMilitary2. Cost me a few over $100, and worth every penny.

Amazing ergos, amazing sharpness, great blade steel, pointy enough for delicate work, broad enough for self defense, its the perfect carry knife!
I used to secondary carry a Spyderco Ladybug mini-knife and a Kershaw Skyline FB, but soon stopped because the PM2 could do it all.
I sometimes carry the FB if I'm going somewhere where I think I might need 2 blades as well as when I'm biking since a blade in pocket sucks when taking a spill, and I sometimes carry the ladybug as well if I'm in wierd conditions since it's in H1 rust-proof steel, but otherwise the PM2 is my knife...

As for a carry flashlight, 4sevens quark pro QPA single AA. Lots of modes, plenty bright, great battery life, small, light, easy to use, and a great warranty.
Plus it comes with a ton of extras and accessories, and fits the budget quite nicely around $50.

The pm2 is awesome, but my yojimbo2 is my favorite. I also prefer Spydercos...they just a better fit for my style.

I also have the Quark Pro QP2L-X. I usually carry the gen2 Preon 2 but the quark pro and Fenix pd32 UE are for those times I need a higher output...or for when I want to blind people :P

Its not even funny how cool this light is. Plus the crenulated bezel means I can wail on a dude with it if I'm forced to and it'll do some damage.

Got a ZT0561 2 weeks ago and I love this thing. Matter fact, got a 0550 at Bladeshow this year and got Rick Hinderer himself to sign it.

I am officially a Hinderer fanboi.

Sure Fire and Streamlight are the ONLY lights I trust on my rifle. Go with one of those two I'm sure you can find one cheap about 85-100 or more expensive the better the quality but just look at BassPro or Gander Mountain. I know I saw an Sure Fire for 79.99 I know it's more than you wanted to spend but still.

You doubt it but yet you don't know crap about it.... People may THINK they know me, but trust me they DON'T.

I carry a Kerahaw Knockout as my everyday work knife, plus a Blackout for my on the job needs.

Both work well as folders, bu I'll always prefer a KBAR type knife. Gotta love fat blades.

i recently picked up a Kershaw Leek... i've never liked folders but its nice having a knife on hand in the shop at school... opens super smooth, for its size its a bift hefty, but i prefer that to a knife that is too light, feels fragile and cheap. i got mine in sale, 61 bucks including shipping, Kershaw had it listed for right around 100 on their site.

Im just chilling here with my plain as hell Kershaw Skyline..

But.. depending on how stuff goes...

I may be getting a new light in, something I can actually carry daily.. since my Fenix e21 doesnt have a clip, and I dont have a sheath for it.

Anyone a fan of Cutlerylover?

Well.. I was one of the winners for the 150k sub giveaway (The one like a week ago)... So I have a chance of getting the light he was giving away...

REALLY fucking excited..

I feel i just jinxed it saying this..

Meh, not a fan. I've gotten the impression that he isn't particularly bright and considering his audience size, it's insulting that he's done absolutely nothing to improve his video quality.

He gets a lot of information plain wrong as well, and I can't appreciate that.

I could see that.

I use youtube to gather a collective opinion on an object, I look at many "common" peoples views on something.

Like how a company does R&D.. its easier to gather multiple data points from many people.. rather then have a singular tester attempting to reenact ever situation.

I dont really value his opinion over any other YouTube persons..

because a lot of the people that come off to be "knowledgeable" about a topic, it ether seems they are just reading off a sheet with specs and wiki quote about the topic. In the end saying (after not even using the product)," this is a wonderful product, I recommend it highly blah blah this shit is great blah blah blah"

You do have a valid point though

Totally understandable.

I for one can appreciate 3d machined carbon fiber, m390 blade, titanium backspacer, pocket clip and subframe lock with lockup adjustability built-in, bearing pivot and all that under 6 ounces. It feels awesome in the hand and even better in the pocket.

Its hard for a knife to top the 561 in terms of ergonomics and usability for me and this tops it in every single way.

But nothing beats my 550 in total badassery.

The 600 is a beast.

If I'm not mistaken, the 566 doesn't have ANY titanium in its construction. The lock side is stainless steel (440 I believe). I'll likely pick one up after the holidays as I've got the 561, 560BW, 550, Cryo and Thermite to hold me over in regards to Hinderer designs.

I was about to pull the trigger on the xm-18 3.5 but went with the 777m390 instead.
