I recently put a TechT L7 HE bolt in my 2011 Rail. At first the bolt worked fine, but after increasing pressure and dry firing the gun a handful of times I noticed a rattling noise. I took the bolt out and found that the plug that goes in the back of the bolt head had come out. I put the plug back in (pushed it as hard as I could) and aired the gun up again. Same thing, after a few dry fires and increased pressure it came loose again.

Has anyone experience anything similar or know what the problem is?

That shouldn't happen, I'd contact TechT about it. Most likely either the adhesive used wasn't good enough (if they used adhesive), or the seal wasn't complete, and air got behind the plug, so whenever the pressure dropped drastically during shooting, it would push that plug out.
