I second that, Extcy. It's built on a proven platform that's basically an ion with all the essential upgrade parts included. Even if it breaks, you have more than 8 years of experts to help you out.

Well, seeing that your username is GoG Extcy, the extcy is the only way to go. Lol but seriously, the extcy is an awesome gun. Shoots great and has all the modes you need. And best of all it's cheap!

Didn't you post a topic not too long ago asking about the extcy and rail? I thought you said decided on the '11 rail.

You don't need to start all these topics, there are plenty of threads talking about the same thing. They're all over the site.
"So, how many feet per second can you get now?"
"You mean balls per second.."
"...Dammit."

Hey! I reviewed the proto rail. http://www.techpb.co...0

You were given solid opinions with good reasoning in your other thread on what gun to buy and said yourself that you had decided on the 2011 rail. What made you feel that you needed to make another thread to ask the same question? Are you not getting the answer you want?

The g4 can (yes CAN flameshield on) be a problem child, and so will the eXTCy when they both work properly, they'll all be personal preference.

Not getting the answer you want is no reason to make another thread. You could have said you didn't like the way the rail looks. If you want to buy a marker simply because you think looks good, there is no reason to ask people on a forum about it.

As for running co2 through the extcy, you can but its definitely not going to like you for it. If you fire at a decent rate your shot to shot consistency will be absolutely everywhere, and if liquid co2 gets into your marker all hell breaks loose. Don't be cheap, go hpa. If you're just using this for backyard play and that's why you want to use co2, you shouldn't upgrade.

No offense, but you can't really speak from experience on that. I noticed a thread you posted asking if you should get the rail or extcy, so it's safe to say you don't own one. Mine was finicky, and broke a lot of paint no matter what I tried along with other issues. Plus a handful of other people have had far from perfect experiences with their extcys.
