So I am one of the more experienced players on my team and we have a few young inexperienced guys on our team. How do we develop them into realizing when to move, how to move without getting shot, and staying alive in their bunkers. Last tourney those were our issues. What are some drills to work on that?

3v1s 3v2s

Just make them talk to each other.

Make then work together for the kills.

Heres something we do. We have 5 guys with pumps or electros if you want to simulate a real game, and have them stay and the back most bunkers, and never move from there. They can lane and whatnot off break, but nothing else other than shooting from their bunkers.
Then we have 5 people on the other side with no guns. They have to make it to at least the 50.

Then switch

This does two things:
Train the players for laning and catching the fast runners with lanes.
Trains players to make moves and get the courage to make those moves.

If you really want to, have everyone carry full pods in their pack, however many they normally use, to add realistic weight.

This. And have the runners carry all their gear, just without shooting.
