Oil for poppit markers and general blowbacks, and grease for spool valve markers and regulators.

What are you talking about Orange? I expect better from you than to give out false information.

Use DOW 33. It is the main lube for paintball markers. The only markers I know of that uses "oil" besides putting it in the marker's asa are Bob Longs.

Oh crap didnt see much of anything that was posted. Im on(was) a date at dinner, so I was half paying attention. All I saw was 'Alien Invasion', and 'oil or lube' so I just said lube because Bob Longs use them well and the Invasion is like a G6R.
But yeah, in general, get Dow33. Anything dow33 works; lurker lube, hater marmalade, gog gr33se, Planet Eclipse Grease, etc etc.

Does "Ego" ring a bell?

I will say that the Axe obviously doesn't use oil.

Oil on rammers and maybe a small drop on detents. Grease can be used on pretty much everything else. Bob Longs require "special" Dow 55 grease over your typical Dow 33

Just a hot girl I met last weekend. And I quickly posted while in the bathroom, and then upon returning "Hold up, let me just finish emailing an interview request." or something like that. And bro, she's curvy...
and more importantly,
not over 5'6"

It depends how much you maintain.

I have a 1/4 oz og Dow 55 and that only got me 5 times to relube every oring on my G6R.

The 1/4 oz is a waste.

It's $5 for the grease and if you total that times 4 for 1 oz of that specific size it is $20 for 1 oz. Plus shipping it is not worth it.

Im pretty sure you can get dow 33 at local stores and even at a paintball field store for cheap. Also I just bought an axe awhile ago and i have to say that it is very easily maintained and very little lube is required.

Both oil and grease. When you tear it down to do your maintenance use a light coating of grease on any moving o-rings. Everytime you air it up put a couple drops of oil in the ASA. Grease is oil suspended in soaps and other stuff. Whatever it's lubricating skids the soaps out of the way to get the oil released. If you put a couple drops of oil in the ASA it'll help to replenish the oil that's in the grease. This is particularly nice for your soleniod and regulators.

you want to use oil for any poppits that have external bolts such as a g6r or an ego but only put the oil on the bolt and ram, use grease for any spooly platform. you should use grease on the regs in poppits tho

you can buy a 5oz tube of molykote 33 or 55 for like $20 it's by FAR the best deal. BUT I recommend Slick Honey, it's actually synthetic bike grease and it works like magic on anything. It comes in huge tubs for like ~$30 and will last you forever. Great for spools and poppits alike, hell I even use it for my spyder.
you can use grease on anything, you can use lube on some things. Egos Bob Long poppits and blowbacks can use oil.
