This started out as a Hydro dip project.
I wanted a black to translucent Green. I also was doing my Rotor. And after painting the basecoats, I decided to do the Hopper first, in case it didnt go so well.

It went ok, but I realized the patrern I chose was simply too big to really see any detail. Had I not done the fade,it would have been better. So I decided to not do the Hydrodip on the Enmey itself.
Instead I gave it a couple of layers of Spray Max 2k clear coat. Which is a two component clearcoat ina spray can. The stuff is awesome.
I was able to start putting the parts back together an hour after the final coating.

I Hydro dipped the grip as well, to see how it will hold up.
If it holds up, I'll Hydrodip some of my masks.

Here are some pics.

Pretty cool, I would have done it only on the body or something, not the entire thing.

Whats wrong with the enmey?

Plastic body, ion, single trigger, just some nitpicky things. not saying its a bad marker, far from it, i just dont like anything remotely Smart Parts. funny, when i first got into pb i wanted a freak green eXTCy

Single trigger is good for a mech. Plastic body is lighter; its not like its the crap plastic either. Ion? Ions are great guns and their design is awesome, especially at the price range they sell for. Whats wrong with smart parts?
Sorry if I come off as trying to force you to have my opinions, im just making sure you actually know what you're talking about. I hate when people make judgements based on things that they dont even have a decent amount of knowledge in.
On topic:
For some reason, the fact that the whole thing is one solid scheme bothers me to death. It would have been nice to just see the body kit and maybe the trigger colored, but not every single part.

Well, having stared with an A5, then moved to owning three X7's which were all crap and un-reliable, I moved into Automags. Which I love.
Except they just use too much air, and an wanted to use a smaller tank.

I got the enmey, and with the set screw mod, these guns rock.
No short stroking, and an extremely short trigger pull, low weight gun and easy maintenance.
I have been having a ball.

I have absolutely no need for an expensive electric gun. I prefer mechanical guns.
And this is bar none the best value for the money you can find.

So, anybody who has criticisms on the marker, should try one out.

The other great thing, is the simplicity, and the fact that the body IS plastic, which allows for easy body mods.
The only limitation is ones imagination.

I'm working on a body based on a 57 Chevy Bel Air. And am going to try a candy apple red color scheme.
I'm tired of all the lookalike space guns.

Oh, btw, the color isn't a solid color. The pictures don't show, but it has black shading and highlights.
It was my first try. The Bel air will have more color. If I can pull it off.

No I mean that its all one scheme. Like it wouldve been cool if the body is that, and the rest is black, maybe even the hopper and asa.

The way the lines are more pronounced painted, really reminds me of a marq......kind of

"Always put a condom on your stiffi incase you shoot in the safety zone."
