I have an etek 2 that has a small leak from the pinhole in the regulator.. I think that ive switched every oring that i could maybe im missing one but its a very small leak like i could barely hear it i first noticed by feeling it when my finger was covering the hole and i physically felt it. Any ideas on how to fix it? Pictures would be lovely too. Thanks in advance

I backed the adjustment screw all the way out and still had a leak so I'm gonna take an estimated guess and say that it is not a pressure problem

there is an o-ring in the threaded part of the lower reg shown above, that slides over the reg piston, check that for damage.
