Hey guys, sorry for bringing up this weird topic, but I just want good advice and i'm sure some of you guys do to!

Soooo I normally wear under armor compression short/spandex, but after a while, like possibly some of you guys, it gets rather uncomfortable, so what is a good alternative? Is there a moisture wicking material that aren't as loose as boxers but still offer some breatheability? LL is gonna be a long few days so i'm just looking around to see what vents well and offers some protection!

And feel free to post links to, preferably to like, Dicks Sporting Goods or some actual store.

Thanks everyone and happy training!

Honestly, some Underarmour compression shorts are your best bet. They did wonders for me last year.

Check out REI for moisture-wicking boxer-briefs, those should work well.

I accidentally bought some Jockey mesh boxer briefs one time. I wore them to legends and they were fantastic! They breath like you aren't wearing a thing. I would highly recommend checking them out. I bought them at Kohl's, but that was a few years ago.

I've worn under armour compression pants (heat gear of course) for my paintball days for several years now in Virginia (with our lovely humid weather) and, three Living Legends events. However, what might make them more comfortable for me is the fact that I wear an under armor 'performance jock strap' and a cup to keep the jewels in the proper place (and safe).

I don't notice any of it until the end of the day when I'm taking it off to shower.

Yes, the warm/hot weather variety of Under Armour are what I wear. Breathes pretty good and prevents any chance of chaffing. Throw in some Ladies Anti-Monkey Butt and I'm set for running around in the heat all weekend.

UA compression shorts are all that I need. And it sounds kind of weird as well but pull those things up between your thighs. Let the shorts wear on itself instead of your skin. Put some baby powder or monkey butt in there and you're set for the day.

Blackhawk engineered fit boxer briefs. Available on Amazon, opticsplanet.com, etc. Part moisture-wicking, part mesh, very comfy.

Just saying, Nike launched the Pro Combat line first, then the guy leading the project left the company and started Under Armor. Thermafit and DriFit are much better made than the Heat and Cold gear i've had from under armour.

Anywhoo, enough of my work stuff here.

Not gonna lie, when you stop for a break grab some toilet paper, step into the portapotty, and wipe down your family jewels. It'll help eliminate some chaffing

I highly recommend bringing a stick of this, and applying liberally to your nether regions. Paired with some UA boxer briefs my daddy bag stayed untarnished all weekend.

Looks like the same as the Body Glide stuff you can buy in running shops. That's what I use. I didn't know Gold Bond made something like that. I wonder if it is less expensive.
