He's got himself a decent CNC Mill machine (at least, decent from my minimal understanding) so there's no way he's going to stick with just mounts. I also think it would be beneath him to just do modded parts like triggers, and you don't need a mill like that for barrels. My initial impression is he's going to make himself a marker.

i would think he still gets royalties from the axe/mini as he was the one who designed it... so, i can see him doing something with the axe, high end private labels maybe?

why would simon do anything with the failed design of an angel? though to be fair, he would be one of the only people to be able to resurect the angel tri-tube design... and give it modern features, like an externally adjustable LPR

On top of that, they didn't design the Mini/Axe from the ground up, they took the King Cobra and refined the design into the Mini.

I understand loveing older marker designs I'm a huge viking Excalibur and ehm fan but with a new company why would you want to see something that's been dun 100 times over new innovations is what's going to further the technology in paintball not remaking a old designs. Look at j4( is that right ?) they are makeing a stacked spool it's something new and could make a great impact on marker designs.

Cheaper Shockers maybe? i could see some Shocker NXT clone selling for about 500 and slaughtering the axe if they work well enough.

Then why would anyone buy a vanquish for 3 times as much? Think Kee will keep that design locked up if they can. Plus guns made in this country will likely be close to the Bob Long price point.

DLX was an offshoot of Smart Parts before they went under. The Luxe has been going strong for years, Kee only recently picked up the patents.

Tippmanns are cheap because they're cheaply and simply made. Even then, they're not that cheap, just not super expensive.

Force fed loader for a pump? Why?

Why the hell not? Why do people like revvy's so much? Because that's the same reason why people would like these. Detents AND the bolt itself should stop any double feeds anyways.

I'm pretty sure he's making open source designs anyone can improve on. He also said that he wants paintball to be more like it was years ago where everyone had their own parts and such. Look up some info from pbnation as he's been talking alot there.

One major flaw is he is useing empire internals and most of them are sound activated how would that would with a pump ?

Now this would be cool for small setups I don't see pump players buying this
