I have this curse where everytime I go to the field it starts to rain... All but once. Well I have a 24hr coming up this weekend and guess what, the curse! I live on the east coast of Virginia, Gloucester to be exact. I'm going to play even if it rains, a lot of people won't play in the rain giving me opportunity to get my team points(and maybe me awards for dedication, MVP?). Now to my question. I know my z2 will be ok but will my etek4 be ok in the rain? I'm afraid water might squeeze through the grip and onto my board. Should I be worried or should I get out there like its 90 and sunny?

If you're ever nervous, just don't dive in puddles. Pe guns are probably your best bet in the rain. Make sure to tape the end of your barrel, wear a visor, and you'll be all good!

I have an event. I'm just gonna cover the holes on top If the visor on my jt mask won't fit it.

My grips don't sit snug on the frame. So there is little gaps. Should I be worried? Or tape around the edge of the grip to be sure?

If you feel they aren't safe, I would. Also I'd advise doing that to your mask, or wearing a large beanie and use that to cover your mask

The board is coated in a waterproof resin. You'll be fine.

If you have speedfeeds, that's something to consider as well.

Oh and in case this isn't unprofessional enough yet.

If you have speedfeeds, that's something to consider as well.

If you have a speedfeed use an empty paint bag and cover your loader

use the original lid if you have it.

I use the original on my z2 anyway. My friend doesn't have the original halo lid so I guess he is gonna have to bag it and deal with removing it for loading or just run with no bag

No way, you should come to the swamp for this event. It's based on the bible, put on by cppa.

With a bit of tape on the rim of the halo a pringles lid will fit.

I never get wipers, blood is hard to wipe off.

Do it with style ~ Total Grief

I like autocockers and autococker accessories.

tape barrel ports and grips (boards are water resistant, not water proof, I've fried a PE board in the rain before.)

When I play in the rain I like to put a visor on my mask and then wear a beanie over top and pull it down over the visor as visors will keep rain off your lens but not out of your mask. Also, first thing I do when I get home is disassemble my marker completely in case any water did get in so it can be dried out asap.

Thanks to all for your knowledge and advice. If anyone has anything else to add definatly keep it coming. Even if it doesn't rain it's always good info to have
